Shri Anil Tyagi has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TUSCO Limited w.e.f. 06.11.2025 Sh. Tyagi is an accomplished engineering professional with an AMIE in Civil Engineering and a distinguished career spanning more than three decades in the power sector. He joined THDC India Limited in 1990, commencing his career at the prestigious Tehri Hydro Project (1000 MW) Complex, where he contributed significantly to various developmental and construction activities.

Over the years, he has rendered exemplary services across multiple major hydroelectric and thermal projects, including the Tehri Hydro Project (1000 MW), Koteshwar Hydro Electric Project (400 MW), Vishnugad-Pipalkoti Hydro Electric Project (444 MW) and Khurja Super Thermal Power Project (1320 MW). During his tenure, he has held responsibilities at various positions and gained extensive hands-on experience in underground works, project evacuation systems, slope stabilization, and other critical components of hydro project infrastructure. Further, overseeing construction works such as the ash dyke, railway siding, water treatment plant (WTP), and associated civil infrastructure in Thermal Power Plant.

He has been appointed as Company Secretary of TUSCO Limited w.e.f. 08-10-2020. He is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a graduate in commerce from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, formerly Kanpur University. He has a experience of 2.5 years of working in Public Sector Undertaking. He is well versed in dealing with the matter relating to Company Law, SEBI Regulation and other corporate Laws.

He has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of TUSCO Limited with effect from 4th August 2025. He is a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA) and holds a Postgraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. With 27 years of experience in Public Sector Undertakings, he is well-versed in matters relating to Accounts, Taxation, Project Financing, and other areas of financial management. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to TUSCO Limited.
